When i go to service center they always say come next week battery not available.And after few days of trying i fed up and contact yu customer service to provide me with some solution.They are saying keep patience and cooperation till we contact with service center.But it’s 15 days almost now no reply from their end.how much time do they need to contact their service center?My phone is dead for 3 months and I am very unsatisfied with the customer approach of yu.
