Through the shopping portal Yebhi.com, on 23rd of Sept 13, I have ordered for two products one is Top Notch Black Full Sleeves Cotton Men – Non-Collared T-Shirt and the other one is Top Notch White Full Sleeves Cotton Men – Non-Collared T-Shirt through order no. YBH4426514 paid through YCS Payment Gate way the same day. The second product was readily available with them, hence they dispatched the same through ExpressBees Normal via AWB No. 2EBo6w5T on 30 Sep 2013 and confirmed the product would reach me latest by 5th Oct 13 and the first product was not available with them, hence was being dispatched later on through ExpressBees Normal via AWB No. 2EBljLIs on 03 Oct 2013 and the same would reach me latest by 8th Oct 13 as per their confirmation. Today on 9th Oct 13 I am still waiting for any one of the two delivered products into my address after making the payment on 23rd of Sept 13 when called the customer support, they were really apologizing and asked for my patience for another 48 hrs to get a call back by their supervisor who will tell me regarding the delay and then would arrange for another dispatch. Further to this when tried to track my order shipment with the AWB no provided, surprising to see even Google can’t find the famous courier company ExpressBees Normal. This is completely customer harassing and needs to be dealt with proper jurisdiction. Waiting to see appropriate action. Regards Samir Raiguru
