I purchase a couple of formal shoes from woodland store on 21th September. It was not even 20 days from the date of purchase that I notice the shoes are start tearing apart from the front in which I only wear them for 10 days and my day to day activity didn’t involve anything which can cause the tear of the shoe from the front. I reach out to the woodland store on 12th october and the guy keep on making excuses so that it won’t get replaced and he keep telling me story about how shoes usually tear apart in his experience and then he offered me for pasting with some gum and polish to hide the tearing
