Unwanted charges by Vodafone Postpaid

I am a Vodafone Postpaid Customer in Delhi using 3G Data Plan. Vodafone charged Rs. 49/- from my account saying it that something is download from this number while I had never download anything and I felt that I was duped by Vodafone. When I called to Vodafone Customer Forum for explanation, they had nothing to explain regarding this. My contact no .is +917838262186. I saw lot of complaints regarding this. I hope Vodafone is looking at Root cause & addressing it.
