Snapdeal.com – My refund/replacement request is not being processed still the returned item has been picked up by the snapdeal

For the order id 4154191401 Nokia X Dual SIM (Colour: Black), i got faulty mobile, suddenly i complaint to the snapdeal and i returned the product to the snapdeal for the replacement and it gone more than 9 days still now there is no one action taken by the snapdeal. I send mail to help@snapdeal.com for many times.but they not responding for these issue. Order id-4154191401 Complaint Number: 14217117
