I can say this 100% confidently that this company is doing Fraud with customers for their valuation report. Issuing reports without survey, quality check and validation. i just tested with calls and communication and found they just making money with any ways by doing such illegal report creation. They are saying they are Government approved valuer if government know this they definite go off from this business. I talked to other people who victimized by them and they are really become in trouble but safer now. please everyone dont go to this company.
