Sampatti Trading and Developers limited — Selling of plots on disputed land

I booked a residential plots IN BHIWADI through Sampatti Trading and Developers limited in Mar 2015. I paid all 9 installments (Rs 2638038). In Dec 2015 The project declared illegal by Government authority. This is a case of severe negligence and fraud a nd can not be tolreted. so it is obligatoruy duty of Sampatti Trading and Developers limited to refund my money if any delayed in payment refund i will sue to Mr satija who do people misguide by his show on Tv at property Mantra. Its my last warning to mr satija for my money.
