I was using a Reliance Internet Data card, No : 9381279846 for more than a year. In the month of December 2013 I started facing no signal in Data card problem and it was impossible to use internet services.very rarely the connectivity happens that too for a little while. I was not even able to use 100 to 150 MB / month, where as the service was a unlimited data usage package. I reported this problem many times to customer care center for next 2 months but issue didn’t resolve till Feb 2014. I have been asked to pay the Bill month amount of Approx 1900 Rs for Dec 2013 and Jan 2014 and I paid with the hope given by the Customer care executive that the issue with be resolved shortly.Even after that I was facing the same problem so I informed the Customer care and stopped using the unusable Data card.But I was getting frequent call from Customer care executive regularly for making the payment for the Feb and March 2014. these are the months I not even used single byte in my data card.Even after explaining the customer care many a times about the problem that I already made payment of 1900 Rs for not using the service for the month of Dec 2013 and Jan 2014 but no proper response.Now today I received a SMS stating that a Demand Notice has been generated against HSD 9381279846. for Rs 2203 and make the payment to avoid legal issues.I am very much in needed of your support. Please help.
