Refund of Invested amount from propertychacha.com – help me

It is hereby intimated that my father Shri Vishram Tripathi had invested a sum of Rs 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac only) in propertychacha.com as under : -Short Term Investment with Affidavit and Cheque after expiry of Cheque, we haven’t received any amount or any type of intimation from the propertychacha.com. In view of the same, may I request you to please initiate necessary action against the company and resolve our economic hardship at the earliest…?
