I have ordered a 4 port usb hub with power adapter, as per rediff online site description of the item , vide order no 8147030 dated 18-6-2013 ( Transaction No.19040885).I paid Rs 769 for the item, under COD. But on opening the packet delivered to me , i found that the item i received is different- a cheap and sub standard USb hub costing a very less amount. Immediately, i complained to the customer care of rediff shopping through phone and by e mail. But no action has been taken to replace the item. i have been contacting them every day since 21-6-2013, but i do not get a satisfying reply. I am loss of Rs 769/ for shopping with rediff online shopping. Moreover, the purpose for which I ordered the item is not materialized. In addition, mental agony! I am totally disappointed over the cheating i have undergone .Can I expect justice?. I may be supplied the item for which i have paid for or refund the amount i have paid, by taking back the cheap ,sub standard item they have dispatched. yours faithfully sundaresan pillai
