When contacted through justdial for a laptoo service, the service center very quickly responded and visited and took the product for service repair and within a day they returned back the product claiming it was repaired and fixed. But the product did not function the same as before though the actual issue given for service was fixed. Within few days the product broke unexpectedly. When called the service center and asked for a warranty service, they refused and denied it was not their fault and they will charge for fixing it. When shown proof, they doubled down claiming they did not damage the product and it was the product’s quality fault. Beware of such fraud service centers. If you give your product for service to fix some issue, they will fix the issue, but they will break or damage something else that is good in the same product intentionally and give it back, expecting that you will go back to them to fix it again so they will charge you for that or obviously even if you dont go back to them it’s still your loss.
