Poor bus service

I booked a bus ticket from Delhi to Chandigarh on Make my trip app. The company is NueGo. They delayed the bus by 1.5 hours and then on toll tax also they delayed it by 1 hour. So total delay was around 3 hours. It was really a harassment to the passengers and when we contact their agents they simply say that cancel the tickets. cancellation is the only solution they had. I can’t express how much mentally harassing it was for us. Their agents who came at Kashmiri gate were not at all approachable.
Please look into this matter.
