This is to inform that i am writing this mail due to inconvenience faced while booking a bus ticket.
On June 18th, i booked a bus ticket searching from Faizabad (Ayodhya) to Noida. On search i got buses and I selected and booked 2 tickets.
When i got the ticket which is attached in this mail, it showed Faizabad to Noida on heading level which is fine but boarding was different which is ‘Faizabag’ which is a whole different region.
So I cancelled it right away. But it’s been 5 days and I haven’t recieved my money back. Also i would not wish to pay any taxes or charger applicable as it wasn’t my fault it was easemytrip systems fault.
