1. I was in need of a sewing machine.
2. I ordered a mini silai machine against order No. 23904293 from Naaptol The machine received against this order was faulty and non functional. A complaint for the same was registered against complaint No. 16052082 wherein I asked for a refund of my amount.
3. On 21st June the machine was returned to and a gift voucher was generated in my name and I did not receive any information about that voucher i.e. no number of any voucher was forwarded to me.
4. This happened to be my money and shall remain with Naaptol as my money and not as a gift from the company.
5. Another amazing happening was, that I was sent some Learning Laptop against my money which I didn’t order at all.( With my Kids all grown up I couldn’t.)
6. On 30th August on my insistence a voucher number was sent to me.
7. On 30th August I again ordered an USHA sewing machine, in order to redeem my money, against order no.26357958, that was due to be delivered
by 07th September 2016.
8. I did not receive the product even by 8th September, so I intended to cancel the order, as I could very easily go to buy this standard product from the market. Simultaneously I received the following message from Naaptol:
” We regret to inform that due to huge response we have exhausted your stocks & forced to cancel your Order: 26357958.Call us…”
And a new voucher was generated.
9. Every time I make a call of complaint to the company I am told that i would receive a back call from the senior staff, that I never receive.
–Desirable resolution :
I have given enough time and a fair number of chances to NAAPTOL to fulfill my need and serve me but the company has failed to deliver its promises. Therefore it is my humble request that my sum of Rs. 2398.00 lying with NAAPTOL may please be sent to me in the form of a cheque, in my name, so that I am able to buy my requirement, on my own, from the market.
