Lensclues.com — Clueless lensclues

I made a purchase of my order #100009506 on 29th august 2016 till date i.e 14th Sept 2016 the product is nowhere. Lensclues has no idea about the product and don’t even know the tracking ID and arrogantly blaming me that because of constant follow up they lost track of my product.
The emails that I receive from support@lensclues.com is not a proper English with no proper answer to my question. They not even once apologised to me for their mistake. Hence I am going all out a reviewing this site and sharing my bad experience.
This company is based out of Noida and the people sitting there shows their true colour when you call them.
