JUSTVISIONARY – Cheated for netflix Subscription and other OTT

Dear Sir,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against JUSTVISIONARY, a company that I believe is engaging in fraudulent practices that have caused significant harm to myself and many other customers.

I made a purchase of [Netflix/OTT subscription, followers, subscribers, etc.] through JUSTVISIONARY on [date of transaction]. However, I have encountered the following issues:

Fake Accounts and Fraudulent Subscriptions: After making my payment, I was provided with account details that were either fake or non-functional. The subscription did not work as promised, and all my attempts to access the service were unsuccessful.

Unresponsive Customer Service: I have tried reaching out multiple times via [email/phone] for assistance, but all calls went unanswered, and my emails received no response. Despite several attempts, there was no follow-up or attempt to resolve the issue.

Payment Without Service: After making the payment, I was blocked from further contact, and my money was taken without receiving any of the promised services. This is a clear case of fraud.

Repeated Instances of Fraud: I have come to learn that this issue is not isolated. Many others have reported similar experiences, indicating a systematic attempt to cheat customers. The company has been operating this fraudulent activity for an extended period, affecting thousands of individuals.

False Promises and Unlawful Practices: The company has also been found selling fake followers and subscribers, which is another misleading service. This only adds to their history of deceitful business practices.

As a result of these actions, I am seeking the following resolutions:

A full refund of the payment made on Dec 8,2024.
An investigation into the fraudulent activities of JUSTVISIONARY.
Immediate cessation of all deceptive practices.

Please inform me of the next steps I need to take in order to resolve this matter. I would also like to know how I can file a formal complaint with any regulatory authorities or consumer protection agencies.
