Internet hangout for 11 days – BAD SERVICES by AIRTEL

I am consistent user of Airtel broadband since many years. Suddenly internet stopped work from Sunday and i keep called to customer care and they told in 24 hrs it will solve by engineers visit and its11 days passed no one came and we keep called for visit and they keep said 24 hrs. In 11 days i loose my most client and trust. Here we have team of 35 member and we can’t use dongle for every one. VERY Bad support from Airtel. I loss $$$$$ with this poor services. Please think and then buy any internet services from Airtel
