India Post – Delay in delivery of consignment containing important documents

My university in Nashik, MUHS, had sent over my degree certificate to my college in Pune, SDCH, on 1st of July. The consignment is stuck at PUNE TSO TMO since 2 days and is causing a lot of problems in my admission process.
