So I booked a hotel via goibibo hotel booking services it was a prepaid booking of rs 929
But when I approach hotel for check-in they denied checking so I raise a complaint to customer care services of Ibibo group they cancelled my booking and promised refund of my given amount
But it’s been 2 weeks I haven’t been received my refund yet even after confirmation of amount being credited in my amount from their side
And now when I am trying to contact their customer care services again for my refund they are not responding to me I am a regular customer of Ibibo group still they are behaving like this
I think they are not trustworthy and stable with thier business policies
