NEGLIGENCE TOWARDS CUTOMERS HEALTH ISSUES. WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HEALTH ISSUES DUE TO SMELL IN WATER OF GEYSER. I have complained many times about the smell in water of the geyser . The technicians come and says that this problem never occurs and just come up with a temporary solution and just cleans the geyser . For one month the problem is resolved but after one month the problem reoccurs. Everymonth I have to go through this . Your technicians can’t figure out the real problem. There is no smell in the inlet water of the geyser but there is smell in outlet water of the geyser . The technicians always say that this problem never occurs . We also know this problem is not common and not occurs . But this problem is happening. We are facing health hazards . Who would be responsible if we would have health issues because of this . I want a permanent solution to this problem. If you can’t figure out the problem take the geyser and give it to your research team and replace my geyser . I have spent more than the cost of the geyser on the checking of the whole water system in my home and then we figured out the real problem is in the geyser. This kind of negligence towards your customers problems is not acceptable . This kind of service is disappointing. Either provide a permanent solution or replace my geyser .
