I am using Fujitsu AH531 model laptop.its under warranty.some days back problem with booting windows stars.when i called to Fujitsu customer care they simply answered that it is Windows 7 problem so we cant assist you and we will provide service for hardware issue only. but i requested them that it is problem with Hardware not with windows.last i went to service center and they found that its a problem with hard disc its Toshiba 500GB internal hard disc which failed. next i got new hard disc for replacement of failed one.OK now the question is who will give me the lost data which in that hard disc.its around 400 GB. now whom i have to claim for my loss?Fujitsu or Toshiba.? all under warranty I have bills and warranty status.how can i move with this?
