Hi, My Self Mishra, I have purchased a Godrej washing machine from Jhansi (Pin code – 284001) showroom –in May-2013 month. (Washing machine details Fully Automatic). The day I have purchased this machine I am continuously facing the issue. Not even single day machine has runs properly. Each time when we raised the issue, godrej technician come & gives temporary solution. And again from next day we start facing the same issue. We are fed up with this process. We have spent so much money & we are not able to use this machine. Godrej give so much commitment to their customer that they will provide good services, but where is the good services? From last 5 months I am struggling with Service engineer, Jhansi AMC representative & Mr.Manas who is the in charge of Jhansi & Lucknow. But no one is providing the permanent solution. Now nobody is picking up my phone & if by mistake they pick the call immediately they said Sir will come & resolve this issue. (And this is happening from last 20 days). Slowly gradually 6 months has been passed. Till now through customer care I have registered 4 complains, please find below the complain no. 611939 / 619077 / 624192 / 687899 And offline complains there is not limit, please look into the issue on priority.
