Construction quality of flats are not proper. Sepage is a big problem. Finishing work inside flats and for buildings is not good and not upto the mark. Builder always makes false commitments. Maintenance charges are like anything but maintenance is not at all good. Residents are facing a lot of issues. No security measures. All the amenities are not yet ready. Overall the residents ate not at all satisfied with the builder work. There are limited machines in Gym which are not adequate for the current population itself, once all the buildings would be filled it is unimaginable how the club services would be enough for people, builder just have provided club for the sake of providing it but there is no consideration of quantity and quality.
