After completing one year in society, construction work still going on. After one year now basic amenities are working with unmanaged way while builder already got the maintenance for one year in advance. Builder has no sense about resedential building. Intercomm is provided but without device (Provided to few owners after long request). Very poor finishing inside and outside. For club use asking very high rent. Builder is not providing replacement of accessories used in flat. If something faulty then owners are forced to buy from market. Highest electricity and maintenance charges as compare to other society in area. Water leackage at many places in basement which could harm building’s structure. Many others issues..Feeling cheated on buying flat in galaxy.
Please help me to get my issues resolved and reduce electricity and maintenance charges.
