Flipkart – false promise and no delivery till now

I ordered for a mobile on 1st Oct. I was first told it will be delivered by 4th Oct..After check out the date changed to 10th..After complaining and so much trouble I was said till 15th Oct..But the product is still not packed..
Highly disappointed and fed up..Will never shop on flipkart again..
Have spoken to so many agents but of no avail..I am waiting for the past 12 days for a mobile. Amazon n other apps provide the service in 3-4 days..This is really not done . I have all the screenshots n call records..I will go public n let people know what frauds n scamster flipkart are.
