I have registered a complaint on June 9th 2014 against the purchase bill no. SLF02A055020031595 under the extended warranty with Id: 131715. I have called croma service center many times and every time customer executives are not responding properly & giving me excuses that an engineer will come to my place to resolve my problem and its more than 48 hours . I Would like to take a legal action against them , let me know the procedure .
