I saw, an advertisement appeared in NBT and Hindusthan Hindi newspaper regarding booking of plots sponsored & Strongly recommended by M/s propertychacha.com (Property chacha) project name as Asha Purna Chandan vihar on NH-8. The launching days offers the customer concession of Rs. 100/- per sqyd . I have booked a plot by paying Rs. 2,00,000/-. Due to my personal problems I opted cancellation of plot after 2 month . The ms propertychacha.com has deducted a sum of Rs. 25,000/- stating that we deduct the amount It is not understood that when in the advertisement is was not mentioned that money will be deducted in case of refund by buyer why there is deduction & not received our amount at till date . Please do needful. Property Chacha & Its owner cheating me. My biggest mistake that i didnt do any research on internet before invest with Propertychacha.com and owner mr. Shanthi swaroop satija. i see thousand of people running for money after invest. help me
