Shanti Swaroop Satija , Sampatti Trading – Propertychacha gave us call and told to send money and he will send agreement paper to us next day. We sent money but he didnt sent us paper and now after giving him many calls he is not receiving and if he receives he says tomorrow he will send but now its almost 2 month. my 15000 is stuck with him.
