BAD SERVICES from ShopClues.com

Hello Friends ! I order a spy pen with audio and video recording from ShopClues.com on 14 Nov. 2014 for product code 564609 which cost was Rs. 599 & shipping cost was Rs.50 total through net banking. I got the said product which was defected and charging cable was missing. I complain to the company about my product with ticket no. was 1466408 and sent back my product to the told address as. I received company acknowledgment for the same but did not send me the replaced product containing charging cable. I request to the company many times to send me new product but they did not care. I request all of you to give me solution for my problem.
