Hi, I am pooja .I have ordered dominos pizza two days back and they are not fulfill the commitments nor deliver the order properly. They forget to add extra topping that we mentioned to them over phone and there customer service personnel agreed on that, second when I ask her about the delivery timings she replied it will take 45-50 mins. I was shocked that we are ordering pizza from the same market and still our order will take too much time than she replied due to traffic it won’t be possible to delivery it on time and when I remind her that they have written on their website and commit to delivery within 30mins how can they say that “it won’t be possible”. Than she replied I’ll try. They are not assured what they are committed to customer and this my third bad experience with Dominos.
