Had booked a plot / flat in various projects by property chacha – RESIDENTIAL PLOTS, Jaipur through their authorised broker/agent M/S Property Chacha (Propertychacha.com) Owner is Shanthi Swaroup Satija. My biggest mistake i didnt do study on internent before buy about this company. i can see there are HUGE complaint on Internet and most people are cheated by this company. But as per their credit note dated 16th Jan 2014, Property chacha is committed to pay a discount of Rs 82,580/- to me as cash back after I have made 50% payment to the promoter (Property Chacha (Propertychacha.com)). This discount payment from Property Chacha (Propertychacha.com) has fallen due in April 20141. I have been repeatedly requested 100+ times Property Chacha (Propertychacha.com) to pay the amount but to no avail so far. By now I have even made 90% payment to the builder.
The response from Property Chacha (Propertychacha.com) has been irresponsible to say the least and keep ignore my request. And also they are not picking my calls and blocked. The promoter of the company is Shanthi Swaroup Satija. Please help me.
