Hi, For my last bill[05-Nov-2013 to 04-Dec-2013] I got invalid amount, which is the highest amount I have got till as bill. From 05-Nov-2013 to 30-Nov-2013 my plan was 999 solitaire and changed to myPlan from 01-Dec-2013. But in the bill the charges are calculated based on my plan for the whole last month. I have tried calling customer care and the executive who attended is an irresponsible fellow who have not provided me the reference ID and also nobody from Airtel has contacted me till now.
