Airtel – Forcing to pay for disconnected broadband service through court notice

Hi, I had given disconnection notice on 24th April for my no. 0816-4014645 (consumer no. 16281223). The billing cycle was supposed to end 9th May. I had vacated the property by that time. However Airtel didnt disconnect and asked me to pay one month extra rent which I denied. Today, I got a call from Delhi that they have filed a case against me at the Delhi Court for not paying the bill and asked me to attend the court. I am not even sure whether the case has been filed or Airtel has left their people to threaten the customers. What should I do now? Regards Dr. Raju 99805-75737
