He do all types of promises just for the sake to money and do not fulfill the commitments and if you need website they just find new similar kind of site in market and download that and do some picture changes deliver to client. Client become happy that he got site faster but dont know its thefted code and design and when become aware they gone away. I checked all projects on portfolio is theft from other company.
