We (I and My Husband Anil) went to a property dealer sampattitrading – mr. shanti swaroop satija – 9871372372 owner of propertychacha, sampatti trading 212, 2ndFloor, Competent House, F-Block Middle Circle, Connaught Place,New Delhi-110001, Mobile: +91-92780-24-365 as we were looking for new flat on rent. He took us rohini near metro station for a flat. Flat was not properly ready but Land Lord and dealer MR. SHANTI SWAROOP SATIJA, both of them promised us to make it ready in next 2 days. Agent MR. SHANTI SWAROOP SATIJA forced us to pay token money amount of Rs. 5000.00. We paid him and he gave us his receiving. Instead of next 2 days, the flat was not ready even after 12 days and they both were telling lies to us to prevent us to shift. When the last day of our current flat was being elapsed, we packed our luggage and were ready to shift, our Packers and movers had come to our house, my husband went again at the new flat we were supposed to shift in, but the flat was not ready and laborers were working there. It seemed it will take many days onward. When my husband complaint the landlord about it, the landlord used abusing words for MR. SHANTI SWAROOP SATIJA and told that he will not rent out his flat to us. Again we called up that agent to make us available new flat to shift urgently or return our money, but he tried to force us to shift that unfurnished home and was not ready to think on our options. We could not shift. Because of our problem, our current landlord asked us to pay two months rent with 10 percent increased rate (22,000/-). We had to pay that money to him and also have to pay compensation amount to Packers and movers for his loss. It does mean a loss of almost 25 to 30 thousand. We just want a legal action against that Property MR. SHANTI SWAROOP SATIJA
