Defect product delivery at kaunsa.com – dont buy any one

I have ordered Tissot watch from kaunsa.com on 24th Nov 2014 .this watch has some problems it is not genuine and some parts are also missing. Also this is not working properly. I have already made number of complaints to the company .My phone number is registered with this company 9958155540. This company is completely fraud and they are just making their customer fool by showing fewer amounts than other sites to attract the customers. Anyone can help me to get my money out from this company. How can I sue them?
