No product delivery by 100bestbye.com after taken money

I had purchased Styker Kombo of 5pcs hard coat induction cookware set (CWS3) on 14th MAY 2014 of which reference number 14192691 on the Merchant Website: 100bestbye.com has been successfully processed and Order Information Merchant Reference Number : 14192691. Amount : 699.00 & Rs.490 they captured in their accounts but by now I did not any response, several time I had contact to customer care executive but they averted me.So in this regard kindly help me.
