I had purchased An ACCU CHEK GLUCOMETER blood sugar testing machine from SNAPDEAL online in the last week of November’14. I received the product in the first week of December’14 but the product was physically damaged and it was opened seal. I complained about it and then it was taken back after my mailed to the company and I was assured by the company that it will take time. Till date, no action has been taken by the snapdeal people although I have emailed them the images of the product as desired by them. After so many calls and emails, I only get to hear that the back office people are working on it. Now after waiting for such a long time, I have pucchsed the product from the local market.Hence need a refund of the amount paid in SD cash i.e. snapdeal cash account.
