I am regular visitor of property mantra at delhi aaj tak channel. I see the in the episode about Suraksha Enclave 2 (surakshaenclave2.com) plots in bhiwadi. They are telling about this in episode how this is good for investment purpose. I called on nos. 9871372372 and Mr. Shanti Swaroop Satija owner Property Chacha (PropertyChaCha.com) pick the phone and ask for meeting. I came to his office at Connaught Place and book the plots in Suraksha Enclave 2 (surakshaenclave2.com) and paid booking amount. In meeting they told me that Plots on Road with few meter distance from main state highway and i impressed with this. After Booking i requested to visit the site and they keep said they will visit the site with me. but its many month passed and they keep ignore. I visited site my self as per given information and found that all information they provided about site is wrong. site is far away from state highway it was not in meter it was in many – 2 killometer and that has no future and growth for many -2 years. I am shocked with this and Mr. Shanti Swaroop Satija and company propertychacha.com is cheated to me. I requested for refund my money and cancel the booking. I am running since many month for this and Shanti Swaroop Satija keep said that i earned commission so take commission from me and take rest amount from builders & developers. While no information about developers of this project. I would like to request all visitor of property mantra and who reading this complain don’t buy any projects plots or flat which advertise in PROPERTY MANTRA at AAJ TAK by PROPERTY CHACHA (PROPERTYCHACHA.COM) because all they showing just for making money from customer and go away. They are farud and cheater showing fake project on property mantra. I loose my all hard earned money so please all save your money and never invest with property chacha.
