I was very much impressed with TV Show Property Mantra at Dilli Aaj Tak by Property Chacha(PropertyChacha.com) & Services offered for consultancy, Helpline & JItna Chaho Utna Kmao etc. I contacted through Propertychacha.com via telephone nos. 9871-372-372 Recently I visited the office of Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com) along with my son, my son was also very impressed with Chachaji (Sh. Shanthi Swaroup Satija – owner Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com)) during our visit he offered Tea & Cold Drinks to us. During discussion be explore the possibility of our investment amount, period of investment & type of investment (cash or cheque). We invested Rs.2, 00,000/- (TWO LACs) through cheque for a period of one month only. He offered Rs.20,000/- as extra amount over & above investment. Now more than 4 months has been past & cheque issued by him is bounced/returned in insufficient balance and this repeated many times. I have give him a notice u/s 138 I.P.C., on receiving the notice he abused, insulted me & asked me to file an FIR for misbehaviour, please advise me, how to deal with a person of no value of his own words. For me it is difficult to follow him. I am WARNING all INVESTORS / BUYERS to not to deal with Shanti Swaroup Satija or Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com) or Property Mantra.
