Reliance Broadband: Internet issue

Hi, I am balwinder kumar from Ludhiana and using reliance broadband from last two months. My broadband is not working properly for which I am paying on time .From last two months, this is my 8th complaint and from last three weeks internet is working only 2-3 days in a week. My Subscriber ID is 335084672174 and I am completely disagreeing with services of reliance.
