AC’s not working: Hitachi

My complaint is against HITACHI Company. We have bought two AC’s of 1.5 ton and 1 ton worth Rs 55k two years back and it’s not working now. It’s getting dripped again and again and we already registered our complaint against the company and not resolving the issue .They are just making money and customer satisfaction is ZERO.
