Services Stopped by VODFONE

I decided to change my contact number from Vodafone to Idea and received a call from Vodafone customer care for not shifting the number and we will provide you all the services that you require from other company but unfortunately Vodafone customer care submit the wrong details in the name of Ms Reena who signed the documents on my behalf for discontinue the number. I was surprised to know I don’t know ant Ms Reena ,else my niece Ms Shivangi signed up the document for the same and now when I request them to re-open the complain they start ignoring and its already 72hrs they are not responding. Neither my number is working
