For last 2 months, BSNL is deducting my money by subscribing its services without my knowledge. Also, customer care is not very supportive. They keep giving me wrong numbers of UP west zone. Till now, about Rs. 40 have been deducted in order to stop this service. Now, I have managed to stop the service by sending messages to BSNL. I want my lost money back from BSNL. This is indeed very shameful that BSNL started the service on their own and their customer care as well are not helping. Such thing is happening with my other family members too.
