shakti gems and jewels having no good valuation reports

cant rely on this company for any valuation services. i called on given number and call picked by another company and they told this company hacked profile and updated number. i was shocked if they doing like this to get publicity how they can give valuation report. thank god i didnt pay anything. i read on google and found they are really bad. their reports are too poor to present. i checked some people and i go to another valuation company which are best.
