Vodafone 3G Prepaid , bad behavior

i had called to vodafone customer care(9811098110), received an employee but his behavior was very bad, they are abusing, i am still confused that vodafone is reputed company, how is the company policy regarding customer care, i faced 5 times the same problem at night (between 10 pm to 11:30 PM).
