Hitachi — Complaint regarding air conditioner

Since 2 months I am seriously tired of complaining now . We have complaint regarding the compressor. Last time they have taken our AC to the workshop but now the compressor is making some noise. now our AC is badly damaged from back side for this only hitachi is responsible. We have complained regarding this but till now no one has come to attend this complaint. I seriously don’t understand weather this is geniune or fake? kindly attend as soon as possible. If in 2 months you couldn’t solved a problem of your customer then it shows that there is a very poor service of yours.
