A I looked up itnoida.com, itnoida.in in google. The first couple of results look fine because pages of website. Then scroll down and a bunch of complaints start showing including several from a single complaint type site and that they how theft the code and selling to customer, cheating a customer, thefting data etc. I am shocked and sharing my thoughts here. Why such company/website running in market to harm other companies.
Couple of things:
1. If the business gives lousy service its going to generate web complaints. You can provide a lot of Rep management and pack the first page of google on your brand/name with positive statements…but the neg reviews are going to seep through.
That isn’t a web issue its a business issue.
2. More and more frequently competitors are going to generate the negative reviews. That is an entirely different issue than bad service…but clearly a problem.
3. As people above have referenced positive proactive rep management means trying to pack the first page of google with different web references for your brand/name.
4. If you are giving lousy service and generating complaints and/or if your competitors are trying to spam/attack you….
